Adobe Igloo is beer from New Mexico with flavors from New Mexico inside a can that’s inspired by New Mexico. Kind of like a tamale inside an enchilada concealed in a burrito. Unlike many winter warmers that are balanced with extra hops or a wintery spice blend, Adobe Igloo draws on the culinary heritage of NM with subtle flavors of dusty raw cocoa and red chile (sans the heat).
