The primary focuses for this job for:

1. Cultivate and steward SFBC’s philanthropic program, 4NM. This will include finding and communicating with non-profit partners and for-profit sponsors, creating and executing fundraising programs, and ensuring the 4NM ethos is properly integrated into all pertinent SFBC events and programs.
2. Oversee the creation and execution of brand-aligned events and promotions across various locations, including SFBC HQ, ABQ taprooms, and off-site venues. This individual will ensure that all events and promotions are organized, reliable, and effectively communicated, maintaining alignment with SFBC’s brand strategy and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including sales, marketing, taprooms, production, and SFBC and non-SFBC owned venues, to deliver engaging, on-strategy consumer experiences. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and taproom managers to plan and promote Featured events that align with the SFBC brand at the HQ and ABQ locations.
• Lead weekly event meetings, including pre-meeting agendas and post-meeting recaps.
• Conduct community outreach to secure nonprofit, sponsor, vendor, and activity partners for events.
• Submit and reconcile 4NM programming for accounting and annual reporting.
• Ensure sponsorship fulfillment in coordination with the marketing team.
• Manage offsite event coordination, including staffing and execution.
• Lead event staff, including seasonal teams for offsite events.
