Digital Marketing Coordinator


New Mexico’s brewery is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing our online marketing strategy in alignment with brand vision, voice and sales priorities and will work closely with the marketing and sales department

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage Santa Fe Brewing Co’s social media strategy
  • Help identify and define our most important social media KPIs
  • Use social media marketing tools in alignment with KPIs
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Manage and oversee all social media content, including responding to comments, messages, etc. across all platforms
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Ability to monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization, if needed
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Manage SFBC website content updates + routing and/or responding to inquiries
  • Work to create alignment between digital revenue opportunities, social media and website
  • Help train others on the team regarding best practices and provide constructive feedback

Required Skills and Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                 

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Proficiency with WordPress
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with audience persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing – knowing your way around Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a huge plus!

  • BA in Marketing or similar relevant field
