Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager is to serve as the voice of Santa Fe Brewing Co. (SFBC) across all relevant digital platforms. This role involves providing direct promotional support for products, taprooms, events, and merchandise, as well as coordinating community engagement through social media, customer support emails, and website submissions. This position will be responsible for content creation, managing SFBC’s social media presence, and executing digital advertising campaigns. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with various departments to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will be courteous, punctual, approachable, and capable of communicating effectively in potentially stressful situations, as well as self-motivated, creative, detail oriented, and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries on all online platforms, maintaining the company voice.
  • Create, schedule, and distribute content across social media and email platforms, including weekly content calendars.
  • Manage organic promotions and paid ads for products, events, concerts, and merchandise.
  • Produce media content (photography, videos, reels, TikToks) for digital platforms.
  • Maintain Linktree and other digital platforms for event updates.
  • Execute sponsorship requirements and event promotions assigned in weekly meetings.
  • Provide general marketing support to the Marketing Director and assist with other tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent people & communication skills; online and in person; verbal and written
  • Ability to perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere (not required, but encouraged)
  • Experience with photography and/or videography
  • Storytelling via various forms of media
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • 21 years of age or older
