In 1991, one of the founders of our brewery awoke to a massacre of epic proportions. Twenty-two of his chickens had been killed over night. The perpetrator: His pet dachshund Petey. To honor those birds, we brewed up Chicken Killer, a complex, malty ale with a dark ruby color that’s made with twice the ingredients of most beers. Will it bite? Maybe. Probably. Yes.
