Kipp Bentley is a singer-songwriter from Santa Fe, New Mexico

His first album, Rose of Jericho,was named Album of the Year at the 2021 New Mexico Music Awards.

My latest album, Durable Goods, was released in November, 2023 to some applause and nice local radio play.

Kipp was born and raised in Southport, Indiana, a couple generations removed from the Jackson County family farm. He grew up around music. His mother, a graphic artist, played piano and sang in church choirs. While his dad, a California-born salesman, had eclectic musical tastes and brought home albums from the library like Leadbelly, Skip James, Billie Holliday and the greats.
